제가 가진 것에 만족한 삶을 살아가는 것이 매우 중요한 것을 보게 됩니다. 제가 가진 것을 만족하지 못하면 불평과 불만이 쌓이게 되고, 그러한 불평과 불만은 자신의 삶을 부정적으로 바라보게 되는 것 같습니다. 나아가 자신이 주어진 상황에 대해 부정적인 시야를 가지며 창조주를 원망하는 삶을 살게 되는 것 같습니다. 제게 주어진 삶에 만족하며 살아가는 삶이 중요한 삶이 되는 것 같습니다. 주여, 제가 주님과 깊이 동행하며 주님을 따라 살아가는 삶을 살게 도와주시옵소서.. 주여, 제가 주님과 더불어 깊이 있는 동행의 삶을 살게 도와주시옵소서..

Serving God makes us very rich, and if we live a life of contentment with what we have, we can live a life of contentment on this earth, because we can't take anything with us because we didn't bring anything to this world (1 Timothy 6:6-7).

It seems to me that if I am not content with what I have, then grumbling and discontentment builds up, and that grumbling and discontentment leads to a negative outlook on one's life, a negative outlook on one's circumstances, and a life of resentment toward the Creator. It seems to me that a life of contentment with the life I have been given is the life that matters. Lord, help me to live a life of deep walk with You, a life of following You...
