저는 그리스도와 복음에 대해 배웠으며, 영적인 지혜와 본을 받았으며, 메시지와 간증을 들었으며, 성경말씀과 하나님의 일하심을 보았습니다. 제가 그리스도 안에서 이와 같이 경험한 것들은 제가 살아가는 원칙과 경험이 되어 삶의 목표가 되고 가치판단의 기준이 되어오고 있어서, 다른 사람들과의 관계나 대화나 교제 때에 옳고 그름을 판단하는 잣대가 되고 있습니다. 그리고 배우고 받고 듣고 본 것을 조금이라도 삶 속에서 실천하려고 하거나 적용하면 그 속에서 하나님을 만났고 그 하나님께서 제게 깊은 평안을 주시는 것을 경험한 것 같습니다. 즉 제가 말씀이 제 삶 가운데 성취되는 것을 보면 진리 안에 거한다는 기쁨이 저를 평안하게 이끄시는 것 같습니다. 말씀은 실제로 형태를 달리하여 제 주변에서 일어나고 있는데, 중요한 것은 제가 그와 같은 현상이나 일을 인정하는지가 관건이었으며, 제가 말씀을 인정하는 삶을 살 때, 그 말씀이 역사하셔서 진리로 나타나는 것 같습니다. 직장 일을 하면서 오해나 관계 가운데 어려움이 있는 분들과 관계 속에서 힘들어할 때, 주님께서는 말씀으로 모든 사람과 더불어 화합할 것을 말씀하시고(롬 12:18), 저를 비판하고 저를 안 좋게 바라보는 사람들에 대해 앙갚음하고자 하는 마음이 있을 때 주님께서는 롬 12:17 말씀에서 악으로 악을 갚지 말라고 말씀하셔서 앙갚음하려는 시도를 포기하는 시도를 하기도 하는 것 같습니다. 그러나 사실 결국에 앙갚음하기도 합니다만, 이는 실패한 것으로서 돌이키려는 시도를 하며 평화할 것을 생각하는 것 같습니다. 영적인 지혜와 본을 따라 듣고 보고 배운 것에 착념하여 모든 상황에서 역사하시는 하나님과 말씀을 경험하는 삶을 살아가기를 간절히 기대합니다.

Paul is commanding us to do what we have learned, received, heard, and seen, and when we do, God gives us peace with Him (Phil. 4:9). What is it that I have learned, received, heard, and seen? In Christ, what I have learned, received, heard, and seen would be my passion and commitment to Christ and what I have experienced in my walk with him.
I have learned about Christ and the gospel, received spiritual wisdom and examples, heard messages and testimonies, and seen the Bible and the works of God. These things I have experienced in Christ have become principles and experiences that I live by, and they have become my life's goals, my values, and the standard by which I judge right and wrong in my relationships, conversations, and fellowship with others. And when I try to put into practice or apply in my life even a little bit of what I've learned, heard, and seen, I feel like I've encountered God in the midst of it, and I've experienced that God gives me a deep peace, which is to say, when I see the Word fulfilled in my life, the joy of abiding in the truth brings me peace. The Word is actually happening around me in one form or another, it's just a matter of whether or not I acknowledge it, and when I live a life that acknowledges the Word, it seems to work and manifest as truth. When I'm struggling in my workplace with misunderstandings or difficulties in relationships, the Lord tells me in His Word to be united with all men (Romans 12:18), and when I'm tempted to retaliate against those who criticize me and look at me badly, the Lord tells me in Romans 12:17 not to repay evil for evil, and I think I've tried to give up trying to retaliate. But in reality, we do retaliate in the end, but it seems to be a failed attempt to turn the other cheek and be at peace. I eagerly look forward to living a life of spiritual wisdom and example, applying what I have heard, seen, and learned to experience God and His Word at work in every situation.
Today, as I reflect on the truth that Paul challenged us in Philippians 4:9 to do what we have learned, received, heard, and seen, and that peace comes from God, I will apply the lessons I have received from the Lord to organize, meditate on, and organize my testimony. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen!
