Psalm 77:19-20 - Guidance --> The Blessing of Making Way and Leading the Way
God makes a way in the sea and a path through deep waters, but His steps are invisible; He leads His people, like Moses and Aaron, through the multitudes (Psalm 77:19-20).
God is the one who makes a way out of nowhere. Praise the Lord for making a way out of nothing. Even in the midst of seemingly insurmountable circumstances, God makes a way and leads the way. I am thankful and praiseful when I consider that He is the one who provides for all our needs, who makes a way for us, who leads us into blessing, and who guides not only one particular person, but also a multitude. I am even more thankful when I consider that He guides not only my path, but also the path of the multitude. I praise you, O Lord, for always making my paths good and helping me. I praise you once again for helping and guiding me.
Today's reading from Psalm 77:19-20 gives me great gratitude and joy when I think of the One who makes a way through the waters and directs my path. If He provides the same opportunities and blessings for me and the group I'm with, it seems to me that this is an even deeper cause for praise, and one that will bring Him more glory.
