제가 행동을 아무렇게나 하려는 것이 아니라 제 행위가 하나님과의 관계에서 그 행위의 결과가 고려되지는 않는다는 점이 중요한 것 같습니다. 주여, 제가 행위보다는 하나님, 그 자체로 초점 맞춘 삶을 살아가며, 하나님께만 의지하고 하나님만 바라는 삶을 지속해서 살아가는 자가 되길 간절히 기도합니다. 오늘도 제 행위가 아니라 하나님의 은혜임을 기억하며 살아가는 삶이 되길 간절히 기도합니다. 오늘의 삶 속에서 하나님의 자취를 바라보며 생활하는 시간을 식사 때 외에 근무 중에 생각하는 시도를 하는 것을 적용하겠습니다. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘!

Grace → Not by works

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paul talks about how God chooses people and gives them grace, not works, and if they receive grace because of what they have done, it is not a gift (vv. 5-6).

 

 

 

 

 

I'm grateful for this reminder that grace refers to God's favor, and it's important to remember that it's not because of anything I've done, but because of God's grace. I'm grateful for the reminder that what I have is by grace alone, not by anything I do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's not that I'm trying to do things indiscriminately, but that the results of my actions don't count in my relationship with you.
